Q: How did you first hear of Rachel Jasmine Studio and what made you want to book with us?
A: Somehow I learned about RJS on Facebook. I have been wanting to do a shoot for years and my ex-husband was against it. Well now he’s an ex for a reason lol, and I entered one of the giveaways and won. I took the leap and booked because I have always been self conscious about my body and how I look, but I wanted to see myself the way my boyfriend sees me.
Q: Did you have any expectations going into the shoot? What were they?
A: For years I was told I wasn’t allowed to do a shoot because I was told that nobody else was allowed to see me naked. I also have struggled with my body image, I’m a mom to two beautiful children, but that’s all I see..I didn’t feel sexy, even though my boyfriend tells me all the time how hot I am. I wanted to do it for me, to see a different point of view.
Q: What was it like seeing your images for the first time?
A: I did but I didn’t, I wanted to go in with an open mind but I expected to be nervous and uncomfortable because I try and hide my body and now I was going to put it all out there.
Q: What was it like seeing your images for the first time?
A: Exciting. I didn’t recognize myself at first. I had a hard time deciding which photos I wanted. I wanted to show everyone my photos because in that moment I felt beautiful.
Q: Has anything changed for you since your boudoir experience and seeing your gallery? How has boudoir impacted your body image as a woman?
A: I feel more confident about who I am as a woman. My body isn’t perfect but I’m learning that and I know it has done amazing things. Everyday I love myself a little bit more.
Q: Would you recommend Rachel Jasmine Studio for the luxury boudoir experience to others?
A: 1000 percent yes!! She is amazing. Not once did I feel uncomfortable in the studio. From hair and makeup to outfit changes to the poses. I feel like I made 2 new friends because they were so easy to talk to.
Q: What advice would you give to another woman considering the boudoir experience with Rachel Jasmine Studio?
A: Just do it! You will not regret it! Do it for you, you are more than just a mom, wife, girlfriend, coworker…you are a strong beautiful woman who should see herself that way.
