boudoir is so much more than just photos to me. after majoring in psychology with my main concentration in human sexuality, i had my sights set on finishing a graduate program to become a licensed sex therapist. life had other plans for me and set me on this trajectory to be right where i am at this very moment; marrying my artistry and my passion for the study of human behavioral psychology.
as women we all have our own unique struggles and insecurities; but i have found there is one universal truth. we all hold ourselves to impossible standards and we learn to run on gas fumes instead of learning how to fill our tank. what i do is help you learn how to fill your tank. empowered women make better mothers, lovers, and friends. self empowerment is the best gift you could ever give yourself. i'm here to tell you that you deserve it.

THE BOUDOIR EXPERIENCE: process break down
you'll find that no two boudoir studio's are alike. at rjs we offer a full service experience to our clients. meaning no hotel marathons. no sharing a shoot space with 20 other women, your day is all about you. and this section will cover how we get started.
THE BOUDOIR EXPERIENCE: the phone consultation
we want to know that we are going to provide you the boudoir session you deserve. so, you'll jump on a 20 minute call with Cassidy to say hi so she can answer any questions you have about your boudoir experience that might not have been covered in the guide.
once we determine what kind of session you'd like and how we can help make this experience one completely tailored to you, You'll choose your date with cassidy, get your session fee taken care of over the phone and get your client portal activated so you can access your exclusive rjs client prep guides!
THE BOUDOIR EXPERIENCE: step four
image reveal & ordering!
we are most known for our album line- but our clients purchase a wide range of art pieces to display their images. i'll send you out to lunch for an hour. when you return, we'll view all of your beautiful images and i'll pull out all of our product samples for you to feel and hold while we determine the ones that you love.
i'll help you figure out what to purchase by based on how many images you love, how much money you want to spend, and what products speak to you. what you buy is entirely up to you, but i'll be your personal curator and design consultant because you are a true work of art and should be treated as such.

THE BOUDOIR EXPERIENCE: the studio day
when your session date arrives, you'll be fully prepared. we'll ensure you have booked any beauty services you need (hair, toes, nails, etc), and that you have shopped for outfits that will make you feel like a victoria's secret angel.
your hair and makeup will be done by the very best artists that exist in berks county, and i will pose and coach you to look like a real deal model. i'll even coach your facial expressions. it might seem impossible to get that natural smoulder, but don't worry... we've got you!
THE BOUDOIR EXPERIENCE: your ordering appointment
we are most known for our album line- but our clients purchase a wide range of art pieces to display their images. About 7 days after your session, cassidy will conduct your online image reveal via zoom.
She'll help you figure out what to purchase based on how many images you love, how much money you want to spend, and what products speak to you. what you buy is entirely up to you, but she will be your personal curator and design consultant because you are a true work of art and should be treated as such.

full disclosure... if you are looking for a quick roll around the bed and a handful of digitals sent to your email, we can help to accommodate that. But the truth is, our clients are here for a full day experience and want all day with Rachel and the rjs girls. all of the staff here invest a significant amount of our time into each of our clients to ensure that you have the most successful and custom tailored boudoir experience.
the process may seem overwhelming to some, but it is a true exploration of you as a woman. from self esteem, to sexual interests (i.e. whips and chains, anyone?), to learning to love your body at the size that it is.

I need my images by XX date, when should I book?
Our studio books up 3-4 months in advance and our printed products can take up to 8 weeks for delivery. If you have a special occasion coming up or wish to book a holiday appointment, we recommend booking 4-6 months in advance of that date. ALWAYS REACH OUT TO INQUIRE ABOUT A NEARBY DATE IN CASE WE HAVE A LAST MINUTE OPENING!
Can my spouse/friend/mom come to my session or my ordering appointment?
We do not allow guests to be present for any portion of the time you spend with us. Our services are best delivered in an 1-on-1 atmosphere with your complete undivided attention.
Before we have created your images, it is hard for me to give you an exact figure as to what to expect. Some women come to me and just get a basic album, others come to me and want it all and invest several thousand on a variety of products. OUR MINIMUM PURCHASE POINT IS $699, BUT AFTER THAT what you spend is entirely up to you.
