Q: How did you first hear of Rachel Jasmine Studio and what made you want to book with us? 

A: I started doing some Google searches because I was interested in doing a boudoir shoot, but never really thought I would have the courage to do it. Once I stumbled upon RJS I knew that I HAD to do it. Her style and artistic abilities to make even woman been seen was absolutely eye catching and instantly made me want to book.

Q: What was your initial reason for booking? 

A: My initial reason for booking was, “hey this will be a great wedding gift for my husband”. It more so turned into something that was more for me and he just gets to see the outcome. I saw all the variety of women’s stories and knew it was my turn to be seen, to feel beautiful, to be wanted, so i booked!

Q: Did you have any expectations going into the shoot? What were they? 

A: I had NO idea what to expect! I was beyond nervous, I didn’t know if a bigger woman like me would be able to look like all these others women that RJS has photographed. RJS made every part of the experience comfortable and made me feel on top of the world, it was amazing! The entire day was beyond what I could have ever expected.

Q: What was it like seeing your images for the first time? 

A: After my first pose while shooting, Rachel showed me my image on her camera and WOW! I did not know I could look so sexy, it was mind blowing. The rest of the shoot from that point on was amazing, i was way more confident and couldn’t wait to see my photos in a week. At the photo reveal I was shocked that I in fact did look just as beautiful and sexy as all the other woman RJS has photographed, it was like a mini dream came true!

Q: Has anything changed for you since your boudoir experience and seeing your gallery? How has boudoir impacted your body image as a woman? 

A: Much has changed since this experience, that day after the shoot I felt more confident as a woman than I ever have! I have always struggled with body image, never wanted my photo taken if it was more than my face…WELL not anymore!! RJS portrayed my body in a way that I needed to see for myself. As a woman I was scared to show my curves, belly, arms, but really what this experience has done for me is given the confidence to embrace it. Embrace it all.

Q: Would you recommend Rachel Jasmine Studio for the luxury boudoir experience to others? 

A: A thousands times, YES!! i keep telling everyone that I know, “Just do it!” RJS was the ultimate experience for all!

Q: What advice would you give to another woman considering the boudoir experience with Rachel Jasmine Studio? 

A: Step out of your comfort zone, put on that lingerie, let those butterflies fly around, and conquer your fears. There is no better body positive experience than boudoir. Take it from the woman who got bullied all her life for her body to finally take the step to do something positive for herself, they’d sure be laughing now! You too can enjoy this experience for yourself you just have to take the leap to do so.

Q: Is there anything else you’d like to add to your interview?
