Q: How did you first hear of Rachel Jasmine Studio and what made you want to book with us? 

A: This is my second time shooting with Rachel – I was in such awe of the whole experience and the photos we picked out, I knew that shooting with her only once wasn’t an option.

Q: What was your initial reason for booking? 

A: Honestly? I was sick with COVID when I had gotten the email about the end of the year sale. I used this as something to look forward to while I was getting better and also a late birthday present to myself, because … you know, they say treat yo’self.

Q: Did you have any expectations going into the shoot? What were they? 

A: I truly never have any expectations – except to feel completely at ease, have a blast, and to feel like a total sex pot … Rachel has a way of amping you up to make you feel like sexiest women.

Q: What was it like seeing your images for the first time? 

A: Oh if I wasn’t at work when I saw them I probably would have cried. Seeing these photos is such an eye opener as to how much of a goddess I truly am. I wear scrubs 95% of the time, hair up, and make up less … So to be able to see myself in these photos it’s such a breathtaking experience. I keep going back to them and going “god damn, I’m fucking hot”

Q: Has anything changed for you since your boudoir experience and seeing your gallery? How has boudoir impacted your body image as a woman? 

A: Uh, of course! First of all, my ass looks fucking AMAZING. I always see myself as this intense, hard – ass … Being able to see myself as a soft female is humbling. It lets me know that my body is able to do so much more than I give it credit for.

Q: Would you recommend Rachel Jasmine Studio for the luxury boudoir experience to others? 

A: Without hesitation – I tell everyone about RJS and how flipping incredible the whole team is. From booking with Cassidy, getting to see what magic Kasey does with hair / make up, Rachel with her infectious personality, and now Steph who is absolutely amazing when it comes to tying up any loose ends. Everything is flawless, any questions – regardless of how small – is dealt with in such a professional manner.

Q: What advice would you give to another woman considering the boudoir experience with Rachel Jasmine Studio? 

A: DO THE DAMN THING. It is such a liberating experience. Do it for you, for a gift to your partner, save the photos for a bad day – or look at your album for years to come and relish in the fact that you did the scariest thing and fucking rocked it.

Q: Is there anything else you’d like to add to your interview? 

A: I’ve worked with a number of photographers, but out of all of them Rachel is the only one who I can honestly say takes the time to truly make you comfortable. If you’re meeting her for the first time, it’s like you’ve known her for forever … if you’re shooting her multiple times, you’re basically seeing a girlfriend that you haven’t seen in awhile and you get to spend the whole day catching up. Rachel is able to capture someone in a way they never thought possible. She truly has a gift and I cannot wait until I’m able to see her again.
