Q: How did you first hear of Rachel Jasmine Studio and what made you want to book with us? 

A: I heard Of Rachel Jasmine Studio from viewing her work on Facebook. I continuously would see the Facebook feed with all the amazing photos of woman and I decided I wanted to be part of the transformation. It’s was a rebirth for me and a celebratory event.

Q: What was your initial reason for booking? 

A: There were many reasons why I booked with Rachel Jasmine Studio. I have worked hard as a single mother to raise my two teenage daughters, purchased a home for us and continue to guide them to become healthy strong young women. I lost my mother and many loved ones. I have also turned 50 and with so many life changing events, achievements and losses, I wanted to participate in a celebratory act. I decided the photo shoot would be the best way to celebrate life, celebrate the positive people in my life that have been a major support and also being cognizant I can create my own script on a daily basis.

Q: Did you have any expectations going into the shoot? What were they? 

A: I entered the photo shoot excited and totally open to the experience. I felt as if I was meeting up with a friend as Jasmine made the whole experience fun, comfortable and liberating.

Q: What was it like seeing your images for the first time? 

A: I was in total awe when I first viewed the images. I am absolutely so happy that I followed through with the decision to do something for myself. The photo shoot was my version of a trip to Paris.

Q: Has anything changed for you since your boudoir experience and seeing your gallery? How has boudoir impacted your body image as a woman? 

A: Since my boudoir experience, I have been walking around light and with a higher sense of self acceptance. I’ve been in the process for the last year to be kinder and more patient with myself therefore this experience was a total act of self love.

Q: Would you recommend Rachel Jasmine Studio for the luxury boudoir experience to others? 

A: I would and have already recommended Rachel Jasmine Studio to all the women in my life.

Q: What advice would you give to another woman considering the boudoir experience with Rachel Jasmine Studio? 

A: The advice I would provide to a women considering the boudoir experience with Rachel Jasmine Studio is as follows:
Follow all her instructions such as trying to get appropriate sleep and stay hydrated. The most important advice I would say is to enter the experience with full knowledge that we are all deserving of giving ourself the opportunity of full self acceptance and being in a space where we can own our beauty.

Q: Is there anything else you’d like to add to your interview? 

A: We live in a time when individuality is endorsed and where completion is a major component. Rachel Jasmine Studio provides women from various ethnicities and locations…. all shapes and sizes to come together as a community to rejoice our differences and to promote and celebrate our commonalities.
